• o The frames of the eyeglasses should not have any glare that can obscure the eye(s) of the applicant.
• o The frames should not have shadows or refraction that can obscure the eye(s) of the applicant.
• The photograph can include hearing devices and similar articles if they are worn by the applicant regularly.
