Documents Required for Greece Visa
- Visa Application Form:
- o Filled online in English/Greek and signed duly by the applicant.
- o For minors, the application must be signed by both parents/guardians of the applicant.
- Passport/Residence Visa of the Applicant:
- o It must have a minimum validity of at least 3 months after the date of departure from Greece.
- o It must be issued in the last 10 years.
- o It should contain at least 2 blank pages.
- o Residence Permit of the applicant, if applicable.
- o Photocopies of the data page, residence permit, and any previous Schengen visas should be included.
- o Residence Permit, valid for three months beyond the date of departure from the Schengen area.
- Recent passport-sized photograph of the applicant.
- Travel Medical Insurance to cover any emergencies during the trip.
- Any verifiable evidence to prove sufficient means of subsistence of the applicant:
- o Payslips.
- o Valid international credit cards.
- o Personal bank account statements for the last 3 months.
- Proof of Accommodation in Greece:
- o Copies of hotel reservations.
- o Proof of any ownership or rental agreement for real estate in Greece.
- o Confirmation of accommodation arrangements made by the inviting company.
- Employment or Sponsor Letter, if applicable:
- o For Employees:
- ▪ NOC from the employer is required.
- ▪ NOC should state the employment status, designation, length of contract, and salary details of the applicant.
- ▪ Copy of the company’s valid trade license.
- o For Self-Employed Individuals:
- ▪ Valid trade license.
- o For Minors:
- ▪ Letter of Authorization or NOC by parents/legal guardians.

Processing Times
