• ▪ Original and valid trade license of the company should also be included.
• Proof of legal residence in UAE:
• o UAE Residence Permit with a minimum validity of 3 months from the expected date of departure from Czech Republic
• o UAE ID Card with the same validity criteria.
• For minors under 18 years of age travelling alone:
• o Letter of authorization from parents/guardians in front of a visa officer.
• o Copy of the passport(s) of the parents/guardians.
