Visa Application Form – completely filled and signed by the applicant.
Passport of the applicant:
o Original and one copy.
o Must be valid for at least 3 months after the intended date of departure from Switzerland.
o Valid UAE Residence visa is required with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date on which you submit your application.
o The passport must not be older than 10 years.
o The passport must contain 2 blank pages, at the very least.
For minors, the birth certificate of the applicant is required.
One recent photograph is required.
Copy of all previous Schengen visas, if applicable.
Copy of all travel arrangements:
o Flight bookings.
Copy of personal bank statements for the previous 3 months.
NOC from the employer of the applicant, stating:
o Applicant’s designation.
o Applicant’s contract length.
o Applicant’s salary details.
o The dates of approved leave.
o Purpose of the applicant’s leave.
If the applicant is the owner of a company, a valid trade license is required.
Copy of the hotel reservation is required.
Travel medical insurance is mandatory.
