Documents Required for Austria Visa
- Visa Application Form, duly filled out and signed by the applicant.
- Two passport-sized photographs of the applicant.
- Proof of accommodation in Austria:
- A valid travel health insurance to cover any medical expenses incurred during the trip.
- Passport of the applicant:
- Copy of all the previous Schengen Visas, if applicable.
- UAE Residence Permit of the applicant:
- Copies of all UAE Resident Permits of the last 10 years.
- Copy of the applicant’s Emirates ID.
- NOC from the local sponsor, if applicable, containing information on:
- Personal bank account statement of the applicant for the last three months.
- NOC from the school/university of the applicant in case of minors.
- In case of business travel, an invitation letter from the business or company in Austria should be presented to the applicant for attending a meeting, conference, or other events.
- In case of medical treatment, valid documents issued by appropriate medical institutions should be presented to confirm that the applicant shall be receiving appropriate medical care in that institution during the temporary visit.
- For short-term studying or training purposes, certificates of enrolment at the particular establishment should be presented.
- For minors travelling without parents/legal guardians:
- o Original authorization/NOC should be signed by parents/legal guardians in front of a designated Visa Officer.
- o Legalized copy of the passport of parents/legal guardians.
