• Visa Application Form, duly signed and filled out by the applicant.
• A photograph of the applicant.
• Passport of the applicant:
• o Issued in the last 10 years.
• o Valid for at least 3 months from the expected return date from Poland.
• o Two blank pages for visas are required.
• A copy of the passport page with all the personal information.
• Valid international healthcare insurance to cover the entire trip.
• UAE Residence Permits of the applicant.
• Proof of sufficient financial means:
• o Personal bank statements of the applicant for the last 3 months.
• o NOC from the employer stating the applicant’s designation, contract length, salary details, and employment status.
• Proof of accommodation during the stay:
• o Hotel reservation.
• o Invitation to private accommodation.
• Documents confirming the purpose and conditions of the planned visit.
• For business visits, an invitation from a company or authority should be present.

Processing Times

The Consul will take around 15-20 days to process your Visa Application Form. In exceptional cases, the Visa Application processing time may extend beyond 30 or 60 days.

Usually, your application should get processed within 15 calendar days if there are no issues and all the documents are in order.
