• One passport-sized photograph of the applicant:
• o The passport should be valid for at least 3 months from the intended stay in Iceland
• o The passport should have a minimum of two blank pages.
• o Copy of stamps of previous Schengen visas or visas to other countries, if applicable.
• o Colored photocopies of the bio page of the passport.
• Copy of UAE Residence Permit / Emirates ID of the applicant.
• Full itinerary of the visit:
• o Details regarding flight reservation.
• o Details regarding accommodation, like hotel reservations.
• Overseas travel medical insurance.
• Proof of social and familial relationships in the home country:
• o Marriage certificates.
• o Birth certificates of the children.
• For minors (under 18 years of age) travelling alone or with one parent/guardian:
• o Letter of consent or authorization.
• o Copies of ID cards of parents/guardians.
• o Birth certificate of the minor applicant.
• Documents to reflect financial support or means of subsistence:
• o Personal bank statements for the previous three months.
• o For employees:
• ▪ A copy of the business license of the employing company.
• ▪ NOC from the employer containing details regarding salary, designation, years of service, and other similar information about the company’s relationship with the applicant.
• o For retired individuals:
• ▪ Proof of pension or other sources of regular income.
• o For unemployed adults:
• ▪ Letter of employment and income information about the spouse, if married.
• ▪ Proof of any regular income, in case the applicant is single/divorced/widow/widower.
• o For business owners:
• ▪ Commercial or trade license of the company.
• ▪ Bank statement of the company.
• ▪ Tax clearance receipts.

Photo Specifications

• The photograph must be taken against a plain white background.
• The photograph must not be older than 6 months.
• The photograph must be of high quality, sharp, and clear.
• The photograph should display the full, non-smiling face of the applicant.
• Headgear is not allowed unless they are worn for religious purposes.
• Photographs should be printed on normal photographic paper.
