• Travel History (Optional): Previous passports and Visas of the last 10 years; entry and exit stamps; study or work permits; expired or valid visas.
• Itinerary: Flight and hotel booking details; registration for specific events.
• Account Statement: Bank name and point of contact; account balance and statements of the last 6 months.
• Identity Documents: A clear copy of a valid passport or any other relevant travel document. Passports should display your country of origin, date of birth, etc. Travel documents should be issued by the government and contain your personal details.
• Other Documents: IMM Form 5645 should be filled by all applicants aged 18 years or above. IMM 5476 should be filled in case the application is launched by third parties or family members on behalf of the original applicant. Two recent photographs of the applicant, a photocopy of a married couple’s marriage license, document citing the purpose of travel.
• Employer Information (Business Visas): An NOC from your employer as well as a signed letter from them to confirm your stable employment and your inevitable return to the workspace.

Photograph and Biometric Specifications:

• The applicant must face the camera squarely and have a neutral expression with a closed mouth.
• Two photographs of the applicant are required with the application.
• The photograph must be printed in colored format on high-quality photographic paper.
• The photograph should not be older than 6 months.
• The photograph must be taken against a plain white or light-colored background.
• Digital photographs should not be altered at all.
• Non-tinted prescription glasses are allowed but only if your eyes are completely visible. Other types of glasses are not allowed.
• Hairpieces and cosmetic accessories are allowed if they don’t conceal your normal appearance.
• Head coverings for religious purposes can be worn if they do not disguise the applicant’s normal appearance.
• The size of the photo should be at least 35 mm x 45 mm.
• The face should be in the middle of the photograph, and the entire face should be visible.
• The top of the head (crown) as well as the hair should be fully visible and not obscured.

Note: If your submitted photographs don’t adhere to these specifications, your application will be rejected without further notice.
