- A completely filled-out copy of the Visa Application Form 14 A.
- Two passport-sized photographs of the applicant.
- Passport of the applicant:
- Copy of the passport of the applicant.
- Copy of the valid UAE Residence Visa of the applicant.
- Salary certificate of the applicant:
- A copy of a round-trip flight reservation should be provided.
- Copy of reservations in any non-residential accommodation, like hotels or serviced apartments, should be provided.
- In case the applicant is visiting for business-related purposes:
- o An invitation letter from the inviting company is required.
- o The registered business’s detailed profile should be included.
- o Letter of Introduction (Form V39A) should be provided, if applicable.
