Documents Required and Other Prerequisites
- Passport of the applicant, which is issued less than 10 years and has a minimum validity of at least 6 months beyond the period in which the applicant expects to stay in Turkey.
- Proof of dual citizenship, if applicable.
- 3 copies of current and old passports.
- Old visas (valid and expired) for Turkey or any other country.
- Emirates ID: Original as well as one copy.
- Emirates Residence Visa with a minimum validity of at least 6 months.
- Two biometric photographs of the applicant.
- Insurance Policy for the relevant travel plan.
- Health insurance for covering any medical expenses throughout the duration of the applicant’s stay. The minimum coverage should be 220350 AED.
- Proof of a round-trip flight reservation.
- Proof of hotel reservation.
- An invitation to any Business Conference or Fair from any company in Turkey, if applicable, should be provided stating the following:
- o Reason for the invitation.
- o Duration of stay of the applicant.
- o Contact details of the UAE.
- o Proof of guarantee that the applicant shall return to their homeland.
- o A copy of the Company’s bank account statements for the past 3 months.
- o Documents related to the fair – attendance sheets, fair registration sheets, etc.
- Personal Bank Account Statements of the application for the past 3 months.
- If the applicant is the owner of a company, they must provide:
- o An NOC from the company.
- o The certificate of establishment and registration of the company.
- o A copy of the trade license of the company.
- o A copy of the company’s bank account statement showing the transactions of the last 3 months.
- If the applicant is an employee of any company, they must provide:
- o An NOC from the company.
- o Payroll details of the company for the past 3 months (in case the salary is not mentioned in the NOC).
- If the applicant has a sponsor financing their residency in UAE, they must provide:
- o An NOC from the sponsor.
- o A copy of the passport and UAE Visa of the sponsor.
- o Marriage certificate, if applicable.
- o Copy of Sponsor’s bank statement details.
- o Sponsor’s salary certificate, if applicable.
- o Sponsor’s trade license, if applicable.
- o Notarized NOC must be provided in case the Sponsor is residing outside the country.
- If the applicant is under 18 years of age, they must provide:
- o NOC from both parents.
- o Proof of identity like a birth certificate.
- o Passport and UAE Residence Permit.
- o A copy of the Visas of both parents.
- o Notarized NOC if the parent is outside the country.
