Documents Required for Italy Visa
- Visa Application Form, signed and completed by the applicant.
- Passport-sized photograph of the applicant.
- Passport of the applicant:
- o Original and one copy.
- o The validity of the passport should be at least 90 days from the last date of the intended trip.
- o Passport should contain at least two blank pages.
- o Passport must have been issued in the last 10 years.
- UAE Residence Visa of the applicant:
- o Should be valid for at least 90 days after the intended return date.
- Copy of any previous Schengen visa or visa to any other country.
- NOC from any local sponsor or employer, if applicable, mentioning:
- o Name of the applicant.
- o Designation of the applicant.
- o Start of the employment contract.
- o Salary details of the applicant.
- o No objection to travel to Italy.
- Copy of the employment labor contract.
- Copy of the valid trade license, if applicable.
- Verifiable evidence of sufficient means of subsistence:
- o Payslip details of the applicant.
- o Bank statements of the applicant for the previous 3 months.
- o Credit card statements for the previous 3 months.
- o Personal properties, investments, and other details.
- An international medical insurance.
- Copy of the confirmed hotel reservation.
- Copy of the confirmed flight booking.
- Letter of invitation in case the applicant will stay in some private accommodation.
- For minor applicants:
- o Copy of the parents’ (guardians) passports is required.
- o NOC from the parents is also required.
- o Birth certificate of the applicant.
